The Riverview Economic Development Association is leading a small area planning effort through the District del Sol Commercial Corridor. Planning efforts are focused on revitalization of the Robert St and Cesar Chavez St intersection. Community meetings related to the planning efforts are scheduled!

As a complement to community input, REDA is coordinating a market analysis, parking and traffic analysis, proforma development, and site concepts that will result in a vision for the redevelopment of three sites within the intersection.
District del Sol is the main commercial corridor on the West Side. It is approximately one mile long and features an exciting mix of restaurants, clothing stores, specialty shops and public art. The district hosts the city’s oldest Mexican restaurant and hosts one of the largest Cinco de Mayo Fiestas in the United States. District del Sol is known as one of St. Paul's most diverse and spiciest neighborhoods!
